Miftah Held A Training Course

Palestinian Initiative for the Promotion of Global Dialogue and Democracy (Miftah) arranged a training course on the impact of national and local policies and in Farah TV chamber in Jenin, targeted a group of members of local councils and active in social and political action At the beginning of the course, Farha Abu Al Haija talked about the role of Miftah in supporting and strengthening women through their training and rehabilitation in order to strengthen their participation in social and political life , pointing to the importance of women's access to decision-making positions , which helps to influence and change in national and local policies building alliances in the local community . The lawyer Salah Mousa added that this course will last for two days and includes topics related to the concept of policies and their types and ways to influence by building business models at the local level and mechanisms to build alliances and networking to pressure and influence on decision-makers , especially with regard to issues concerning women's rights and empowerment at the local level
