"Not to Forget" Society completed the training of young leaders. The training program included 20 young women from the city and refugee camp in Jenin. The two-week training consisted of six training sessions covering various topics aimed at enhancing the young women's ability to work and lead, including leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, gender equality, and the importance of knowing the economic rights of women working in the informal sector. At the end of the training, the young women came up with an initiative emphasizing the need to implement minimum wage regulations, and the initiative will be implemented in the coming days.
This training is part of the "Your Hands with Us" project, aimed at raising awareness about the economic rights of women working in the informal sector, under the "Fem Power" initiative by PWWSD Women's Rights - Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development.
