"Not to forget" and Jenin for the Saviors organize a recreational day for children from the Jenin camp.
A day of entertainment for more than 120 children from the Jenin campThe Jenin for the Saviors Association and the Not to Forget Association organized a recreational day for over 120 children from the Jenin camp, held at Al-Bustan Park. Members of the Jenin for the Saviors Association, including Janan Jarrar and Feras Abu Al-Wafa, along with several volunteers, participated. Farah Abu Al-Hijaa, the head of the Not to Forget Association, also joined, along with the psychological support and teaching staff of the association.
Abu Al-Hijaa mentioned that this activity comes as support for the children of the Jenin camp who endure harsh and difficult circumstances due to the repeated and ongoing Israeli practices, which have led to various psychological problems. Therefore, Jenin for the Saviors presented this initiative to provide support and assistance to the camp's children.
Moreover, Janan Jarrar emphasized the importance of partnership between civil institutions, especially amidst the challenging conditions faced by the Palestinian people, highlighting the necessity of holding workshops and meetings involving civil institutions to network and collaborate in supporting the Palestinian community.
The recreational day included additional activities and events that helped alleviate stress. At the end of the day, the Not to Forget Association presented gifts to a group of volunteer girls as part of community programs implemented in the Jenin camp.
